Job Description: Internal recruiting position specializing in the Healthcare skill sets.
- Meet or exceed monthly quota (avg. 5 placements per week).
- Follow prioritization model for time management.
- Attend all required training, sales, and recruiting functions.
- Increase candidate funnel by developing lead and referral groups.
- Follow a proven business system which produces successful results.
Requirements -- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- A strong competitive attitude – self motivated – exceptional work ethic – ability to work without micromanagement
- Ability to manage time well and be organized
- Expected to be ethical in dealing with customers, vendors, and co-workers
Preferred but not required Skills, Experience, Knowledge:

- College degree
