Accountabilities and Deliverables:
- Document current clinic process treatment work-flows
- Document future treatment work-flow as related to Medication Management
- Work with teammates to develop 2014 bundle process treatment work flows.
- Identify most valuable opportunities to improve our process for 2014 (ie EDOS alteration, DSS, packaging alternatives if needed)
- Develop revised process flows and system requirements and receive information from clinics (SxC enhancements etc.)
- Work closely with the Business Analysts to develop and revise the process flows
- Complete process improvement design work
- Benchmarking
- Conduct business analytics such as cost benefit analysis and ROI analysis
- Identify and document Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Six Sigma Certification required
- 5+ years experience utilizing Six Sigma principals
- 5+years experience in a similar Process Engineer role required
- Previous Project Management experience required
- 1-2 years experience in healthcare a plus
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
