Job Purpose:  The Health Care Business Analyst should lead the Strategic Vision for creating and keeping customers.  Responsibilities included gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer experience data.  The ability to clearly summarize and report data to Management teams is a cornerstone of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads ongoing assessment at the health plan level through customer reporting and analysis.
  • Provide sales operations project management support to ensure appropriate customer focus in the broader pharmacy organization's strategies, priorities, initiatives and service performance.
  • Serves as information resource to sales, marketing, account management, leadership, and broader pharmacy organization regarding sales growth and retention activity and ongoing operations.
  • Provide direction on development and ongoing tracking of customer growth and retention goals at segment and individual level.
  • Leads customer and membership segmentation analysis utilized for decision making. Analyze, develop, and provide direction for new pharmacy sales tracking and membership reports.
  • Ownership of updating and maintaining existing customer book of business files via the CRM tool.
  • Working on other ad-hoc projects as needed
