This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a company that is a leader in the Physician Primary Health Care field. Located in Richardson, this organization provides back office support to over 150 medical clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the major insurance carriers and enjoy working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
The use of good judgment and thought in managing call volumes and evaluating priorities is a requirement for this role. You must be able to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a “help” oriented mind set.
There are two primary areas that make this a unique opportunity for Candidates.
One: The Company offers a “flex” schedule.
Two: The Company provides continual training and development for all staff
members.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year Commercial Insurance Claim Collections.
- Prefer experience in High Volume claims environment.
- Experience with MS Office
- Some familiarity with LAN relationships required.
- Must communicate effectively with in-house Personnel, including both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Must be able to interface with management in an effective manner.
- Must possess excellent customer-service skills
- Worked with the major insurance companies to resolve claim disputes, appeals , denials
- Proven ability to work 45 accounts per day
